SOX Index - is the 18 month cycle turning up?

We last updated on SOX Index on 6 March looking for an 18 month cycle low. The weekly chart above has been updated to show price testing the 18 month VTL in the 18 month cycle trough zone. We are tentatively looking for a major reversal up. Here is the daily chart:
